Event Timings

Due to current government policies, plummeting economic climate, and waning population morale, fed-up citizens have begun the development of small,self-built / self governed villages and shanty towns along the CAN/ US border.  Weapons manufacturing around the world is at an all time high as a consequence of the multitude of conflicts globally.  These " towns " are used to spearhead illegal smuggling of firearms across the border into Canada.  Former leader of the ERT Chris Z, stationed at F.O.B (forward operating base) Bordertown,  has been abandoned by his government.  Facing communications breakdowns,  rogue attacks and lack of reinforcements,  Z joins forces with anti- government radicals.  They begin to steal what they can from the F.O.B and its surroundings,  then disappear deep into the woods of Northern Ontario.   Without communication between the Z and E.R.T,  the Emergency Response Team has sent a task force to F.O.B  Bordertown to investigate.   Leading the charge is Bri Pinard newly appointed commander of the E.R.T.   With a small-scale convoy of armoured vehicles and a minimal number of soldiers  Bri heads toward F.O.B Bordertown.  Rumours regarding weapons smuggling have been filtering in thanks to a loud-mouth Mayor.

Everyone is loaded up and ready to roll out.  Who will you play for?

What to expect:

Your Faction is tasked with setting up a forward operating base. Secure the road network, and establish working manned roadblocks.

Develop a relationship with local inhabitants of Bordertown.  Police and protect the inhabitants.

Establish a communication network.

Establish a supply route and complete re supply runs of fuel, ammunition, currency and other items.

Stop the manufacturing and movement of illegal weapons and currency across the border.
